37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Kohima has commenced conducting “ICT skill training program for state government employees” under the theme “preparing northeast for digital India”, Thursday.
Delivering a keynote address, director in-charge NIELIT Kohima, Er. Lanuwabang mentioned that the training program was part of the ongoing nationwide Digital India initiatives, with the objective to fill the ICT skill gaps and enhance capacity building in NE.
