‘Public Data Offices can serve as last-mile WiFi hotspot providers’: TRAI: Telecom regulator TRAI has recommended (pdf) setting up of Public Data Offices (PDOs) that provides “last-mile” WiFi connectivity in areas where connectivity is low.
