37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
Come 26th January, life across Kashmir Valley comes to a standstill, cellphones and wireless internet services are snapped. All in the name of security. But this year on India’s Republic Day, the Valleyites woke up to a somewhat different atmosphere. For the first time since the introduction of mobile services in the Valley, surprisingly, mobile and internet connectivity had not been snapped.
