37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
A woman from Nepal was raped and murdered, and her body was dumped in a field at a village on the Rohtak-Hisar highway in Haryana, police said.
On February 1, the mentally challenged Nepalese woman living with her sister at Chinyot Colony in Rohtak had gone missing; and on February 4, her mutilated body was found in a field of a village nearby, according to police.
