37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
In order to promote m-governance (mobile-governance), Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked the information technology professionals to find out ways to provide maximum possible services through mobile phones.
“I urge you to explore ways to provide as many services as possible through mobiles. Let us bring the world into our mobile phones,” Modi tweeted at the 18th national conference on e-governance. His series of tweets were shown live on a big screen.
