37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
A recent report from the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team says that Assam stands at second place in the country in terms of registered cyber crime cases.
Assam is a close second with 450% increase, i.e. from 23 cases in 2012-13 to 154 in 2013-14. Uttarakhand tops the list with 475% increase of cyber crime offenders.
