37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
An IT student from the islands has been arrested for involving herself in Cyber Crime with an intention to malign the image of a few respectable citizens in the islands.
The student is a girl doing her Masters in Computer Application from Annamalai Open University. She was arrested on Saturday after almost three months of investigation by the team of Central Crime Station. The accused was involved in posting sexually explicit posts by creating fake Facebook identities of the targeted victims.
