37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
On Wednesday, Google India announced that five teenagers won the web contest conducted by the company on online safely, reported IANS.
“The competition witnessed several entries from across schools in the form of sketches, videos and apps and were judged on creativity, reach and impact,” said Google India in a statement.
The winners of the contest — Mavika Boyini, Vaidehi Reddy, Kanish Chugh, Raviteja Anumukonda and Neya Saravanarajan — which first launched in 2014 were tasked with creating online safety campaigns aimed at digital safety and restraining cyberbullying.
