As the ongoing hunger strike by JNU students entered the 13th day, VC M Jagadesh Kumar spoke to Manash Pratim Gohain and said free speech was intact in the university, but outsiders wouldn’t be allowed to meddle in JNU’s affairs. The excerpts:
