Everyone will agree to the fact that call-drop has become a nationwide epidemic, so much that telecom ministry has been enforced to put threatening fines on the providers and rightly so. The price of using a mobile plan these days warrants hassle-free service but sadly it has been anything but that forever.
Finally, the ministry has taken the matter into its own hands but unfortunately that’s not the only pain point for users when it comes to their telecom service providers. We’re talking about broadband and internet plans that are rarely transparency and most common people have difficulty understanding what they are being charged for.
This is not an operator specific issue, as almost everyone under the roof has been following the same practice all these years. It’s hard to keep a track of your bandwidth (within plan) usage and the only thing that you are informed about is “You have consumed your allotted data for the month” ( and we really thank god for that) which pretty much the end of story.
