37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
The screening of Anupam Kher’s next film in JNU on Friday turned into a debate on nationalism, frequently punctuated by slogans and counter-slogans.
After claiming that JNU refused to screen his upcoming film Buddha In A Traffic Jam and accusing the university of “stifling freedom of speech and expression,” Anupam Kher finally did manage to get the film screened in JNU on Friday. However, after the screening, the students seemed to be more interested in discussing Kher’s views on nationalism than his role in the film.
