Online Education Startup Sigrid Raises Funds From Oliphans Capital

Elearning startup Sigrid Education has raised an undisclosed amount in an early stage funding from Oliphans Capital. This is Oliphans’s eighth investment in the startup space.

With the latest funding, the startup will focus on creating and introducing courses in 50 most prominent test-prep and K12 curriculum areas in the coming 6 months. Also, Sigrid platform is working at providing a one-on-one learning experience to the students and also helps them learn at their own pace. Founded in 2012 by Ajit Maheswari, Atul Kasaundhan and Aakash Aggarwal, Sigrid Education helps teachers to bring their courseware, testing material and insights online, and reach out to students across the country to benefit them (students).
